Datasheet and Sample Surveys

The datasheets are optional tools that have been developed to assist you in your in-store data collection prior to submitting data into the survey. Should you choose to use the datasheets, they can be easily copied for use in email or note-taking apps. 

Remember, if you see brands that are not listed on the data sheet, add them to your sheet and then include them in the end of the survey where you are asked if you observed other brands.

The following is the practice survey for you to review before your store visit. Feel free to enter data as you go through the survey to practice ahead of your visit!

The following is a sheet that will help you with the brands, feed type, and living conditions. Sometimes it can be a little tricky to identify specific details, so this sheet is a guide to the types of feed and living conditions we expect to see by brand. Brands do add options occasionally, but this is a good guide to help you make sure you are properly categorizing.
