Datasheets

The datasheets are optional tools that have been developed to assist you in your in-store data collection. These sheets can be easily copied for use in email or note-taking apps.  We strongly recommend Evernote as a tool for in-store data collection. 

Evernote will work both online and offline. We recommend you download the sheet to be available offline in the instance your store doesn't have a strong data connection or has poor service. We don't want your notes lost if you lose connection!

Please note, these sheets are provided to assist you with note-taking while in the store. You will need to transfer the details you note over to your survey. The data sheets do not transfer over to the survey, nor do they take the place of the survey.

Sample Surveys

The following is a practice survey for you to review ahead of your store visit. Feel free to enter data as you go through the survey to practice ahead of your visit. Please take note of the instructions detailed above each section of the survey which will outline exactly what data to enter, including when to enter a '0' vs. when to leave a field blank if unobserved. 

Please note: if you hit the submit button on a sample survey, you may receive an error page. This error prevents untrue data from being loaded into our data warehouse.
