Project datasheets are tools that have been developed to assist you in your in-store data collection.  When using the datasheets, data collection is clear and concise.  In the event you may need to revisit your data submission, editing your submission becomes much simpler as well.  We recommend Evernote in-store data collection, and both platforms support our datasheets.

Please take note of the instructions detailed above each section of the survey which will outline exactly what data to enter, including when to enter a '0' vs. when to leave a field blank if unobserved.
