Recording Traffic Data

There are multiple options for collecting traffic data. You can use Evernote or one of the many free apps available for both iPhones and Android.

One app that is super easy to use and free is called Counter Tally Count. You can find it in your app store. 

To use this app, you simply set up your counts using the + button and then tap the dark area on the right  (the red x) to increase the counts. 

If you need to reset or remove a count (maybe you clicked too fast!), just tap the name of the count you need to update and you can make edits as needed. 

 

The app allows you to set up multiple counters on one screen. This will allow you to easily keep track of customers exiting a location.

Remember, this is just a suggested app to collect the data, all data will still need to be entered into the data survey that you will access through your VMS dashboard.
