Accessories - Watches, Wearables, and Shoes

In addition to Handbags, we'll also be collecting data on Watches, Wearables, and Shoes. The same data will be collected for Accessories as Handbags: Pricing, style counts, and promotional data. 

Watches 

There is a wide variety of watches, but we are only collecting overall data for watches, meaning a total style count, and the prices for the category as a whole.

Prices may be hidden as Watches are often displayed under glass in cases. But there are a few strategies you can use to get prices

• After you collect style counts, you can ask an associate for pricing details on the watches. We'd suggest just browsing a few like a customer and looking at the prices. 
• You can pull the website up on your phone while you are in the store and match prices with the styles you are see in the store.
• You can call the store before/after your visit and pretend you are coming in If you need to, feel free to ask the sales associate for pricing details on watches with concealed prices. But make sure you pretend to be a customer! We don't want our work to be public.

As you can see, there is a lot of variety in watches. Because it can be a bit difficult to  

Wearables 

Wearables will fall into two categories: Wearable Watches and Wearable Jewelry. Wearable Watches are Smartwatches. They are easy to distinguish from regular watches because they have digital faces.  

Wearable Watches

Wearable Jewelry 

Wearable Jewelry are activity trackers (like Smart Watches) but in the form of bracelets (think like a FitBit). Items for this category will often be found either with the watches or in the jewelry counters. 

Women's Shoes 

There is a wide variety of styles in Women's Shoes, but we will just collect overall Shoe data. You do not need to break Shoes down by type (heel, flat, etc).
