Mode Price

Mode Price is NOT a calculation, rather an observation of the most common price.  Think of it as the answer to the question: "How much is the typical women's athletic t-shirt"?

NOTE: If there are an equal number of items at two different price points, both would be the most frequent (mode). Taking the average of those two prices will result in the effective mode.
