1. Visits must be completed either Tuesday or Wednesday of your assigned week
2. Visits must be completed inside of the visit window detailed in your VMS dashboard 
3. You must collect and enter pricing data each visit 
4. You much get and upload a (clear) photo of each receipt 
5. Submit your survey by Wednesday at Midnight.
6. Lost receipts = no payment
