Using Notion

Once you've downloaded Notion and set up your user account, navigate to the Datasheet tab on the main menu of the Haynes & Company Help Center.  This is where we keep all datasheets for all projects.  

Once you click into the Datasheets folder, under the articles for Evernote and Notion, you will find an expandable list of projects.  Find and select your project from the list.  We'll use Burlington Project Specs for this example.

From here, you will need to find the link for the Notion datasheets.  Notice datasheets for Evernote are also here, make sure you click the datasheet for the app you're using!  Click to open.  

You will see a page like the one here, with links to each datasheet.  Click the appropriate link; we'll use Junior's Apparel for this example.

You can edit the datasheet from a Notion login via your web browser, or you will see a symbol like the one circled in red, which when clicked will allow an option to open the datasheet in the Notion app. 

*It's recommended you use the Notion app, as you're able to save your datasheet in the app with more reliability.

You will be able to freely type into any area of the data sheet to input your data during your store visit.  The direct link to the web version of the data sheet is also included at the top of the link in the app as well, in the event you would need to refer back to the original data sheet.
