Datasheets

Before you head out for your first visit, you will need to access your datasheets.  

• Note there are separate datasheets for Retail and Outlet.

Project datasheets are tools that have been developed to assist you in your in-store data collection.  When using the datasheets, data collection is clear and concise.  In the event you may need to revisit your data submission, editing your submission becomes much simpler as well.  We strongly recommend Evernote as a tool for in-store data collection, and both platforms support our datasheets.  Please use the links below to access the Datasheets for Kate Spade projects.

Sample Surveys 

The following are practice surveys for you to review ahead of your store visit. Feel free to enter data as you go through the survey to practice ahead of your visit. Please take note of the instructions detailed above each section of the survey which will outline exactly what data to enter, including when to enter a '0' vs. when to leave a field blank if unobserved.

NOTE: This is *not* the survey that you will use for your own data submission. You will always submit your store visit surveys via the Vendor Management System (VMS).
