Introduction

Welcome to our Kate Spade project! Kate is one of our trendiest projects and we have been in the Kate Spade stores for many years collecting data on Handbags and Shoes! 

For this project, our focus is how on Kate Spade items are stocked, priced, and promoted. We will be conducting research in Kate Spade retail and outlet stores - so it's important to check your VMS to see which location(s) you are assigned. 

We will be asking you to help us gain insight into the following questions, which we will explain in detail throughout the learning module.

1. Pricing and Styles: How much do different categories and collections of Kate Spade products cost? What styles are carried in stores?
2. Promotions: Are Kate Spade products on sale? What kind of sales? What are the details?
