Store Closures
If the store you were assigned appears to have moved or closed, the first step should be to look around the general area to see if the store has in fact moved, versus closing.
Occasionally, in mall settings, stores move to a different location within the same mall or temporarily relocate because of store renovations. In this situation, you should find the mall's customer service desk and ask them if the store has simply moved, or has in fact closed.
If you encounter a situation where the store has closed, the second step is to immediately contact support to let them know of the closure (be sure to tell them the store name and location that is closed).

It is very important that you not simply leave your location prior to making contact with a member of the support team as they may be able to find an alternate location for your visit. Please remember that we pay for the data collected, so it is important that we know of store closures.
