Chipotle

The Chipotle project is by far our tastiest assignment, but it has very specific steps and requirements.

The root of this data collection is register receipt data, so for each visit you will be required to make a purchase (we don't care how big or small) and obtain a physical receipt from which you'll input your data.

This project is tied to a tight and specific time frame. Data needs to be collected inside of this visit window on either Tuesday or Wednesday of your assigned week.

• Visit windows are either: 5-6 pm (labeled Lunch) or 7-8 pm (labeled Dinner). 
• Your specific visit window will be laid out in the VMS.  Please be sure to double-check your VMS schedule to make sure you are conducting your visit during the proper time frame.
• You must go to the specific Chipotle you are assigned. You cannot choose the location. 
• Receipts need to be collected after the visit window opens and before the visit window ends. This means if your visit window is from 7-8 pm, the earliest you can collect a receipt is 7pm and you should plan to get to your location with enough time to complete your purchase prior to 8 pm.
• Visit windows are only open for ONE hour
• Visits can be done Tuesday or Wednesday
• You must keep your receipt and upload it into your survey.
• This is the data we are paying for, so please be sure not to lose your receipt and that the order number and time stamp are very clear in the photo you upload.
• We would strongly suggest you take a photo of the receipt immediately after you get it to minimize the likelihood the receipt is lost. 
• If you throw away or otherwise misplace your receipt, you will be asked to repeat the visit and will not be paid for two visits. 

This is an example of what your VMS slot for this project will look like. You can see this is a Dinner visit  requiring the receipt be collected between 7-8 pm.
