When We Are Counting

Basics of When we are Counting:

• All traffic counts must occur between 12 pm and 5 pm on the assigned day.
• Traffic must be counted within a consecutive block of time at each store. You cannot split the time or take a break in the middle of the count. 
• Visits need to be planned so that all counts are completed by 5pm.
• For a 45-minute count, the latest data collection can start is 4:15 pm.
• Counts will be either 30 minutes or 45 minutes. Please check your VMS for instructions so that you count for the proper amount of time. 

This is an example of what the VMS instructions will look like. In this example, traffic will be counted at H&M for 30 minutes. 

You can absolutely take a break between store counts, as long as all counts are finished by 5 pm.
