Let's review what you have learned!

• When? All visits must start at or after 12 pm on the assigned day and be fully completed by 5pm on the assigned day 
• Where? Follow the directions in the VMS or find the primary entrance/exit to the store you are assigned 
• Who? Buyers and non-buyers leaving from the specific store you are assigned to 
• What? Non-buyers and buyers categorized by purchase size 

Sample Survey

The following are practice surveys for you to review ahead of your store visit. Feel free to enter data as you go through the survey to practice ahead of your visit. Please take note of the instructions detailed above each section of the survey which will outline exactly what data to enter, including when to enter a '0' vs. when to leave a field blank if unobserved.

NOTE: This is *not* the survey that you will use for your own data submission. You will always submit your store visit surveys via the Vendor Management System (VMS).
