How To Check In

When do I check in for my store visits?

You must check-in for each store visit upon arrival.  

Check-in must occur immediately upon arrival at each location from your mobile device or tablet. 

 

How do I check-in for my store visits?

Accessing the check-in system

1. Use your mobile device's browser to access the VMS.
2. We recommend creating a shortcut on your mobile device for easy access to the check-in system (this is not required).
3. For instructions on how to create a website shortcut on your smartphone, please visit the link relevant to you below:

Checking-in Steps 

Step 1

1. Before you begin collecting data, locate the correct store on your check-in screen.  You must check-in before you will be able to submit data.
2. Click the blue Check-in button on your screen.
   

 Step 2

1. Wait for a second page to load for the designated location.
2. Click the blue Check-In Now button.
   

 

Step 3

1. Some users might have a pop-up appear on their phone with a request to use their current location, please click Allow. 
   

Step 4

1. Check-in is complete when a page loads with a notification: "Check-in Complete!"
2. A red "Undo Check-In" button will become available if you accidentally checked in to the wrong store. Simply click the Undo button and check in to the appropriate store.
