Check In Is Not Working
My check-in is not working!
Many factors could cause complications with the check-in system.
Consider the following:
1. Are Location Services enabled on your device?
- Location Services must be enabled for the Check-in system to work.
- Please ensure that your phone’s settings are set to "Allow" for Location Services.
- If at any point while checking in you receive the request to use your device’s location, you must choose “Allow”.
- Should you experience a location failure, please go to the How to Check In section in the VMS section of our Help Center to discover additional tips.

2. Do you have service?
- If you find yourself without phone service upon entering the store, you should check in immediately once you regain service.
- You can also try connecting to Wi-Fi if it is available at your store.
3. Is checking in taking longer than usual?
- Many factors may cause your check-in to take longer than usual, including weak data signal strength, poor GPS / location, phone hardware limitations, etc.
- While your location is being determined, the button will show ‘Updating’.
- Be patient while your phone completes the check-in.
4. You still cannot check-in
- If you have tried the above and still can’t check-in, or if you have questions regarding the check-in process, please submit a Support Ticket here.
- Provide the specific details of your issue.
- Provide a screenshot from your device so that we can see your issue firsthand and help resolve it.
- You may also complete the manual check-in process, as outlined in the How to Check In section of the VMS.
