H&CO VMS 101 - Mobile
To help you in your navigation of the VMS on your mobile device, we have included some screenshots below.
To access the VMS, you'll access the site at https://vendor.haynesandcompany.com.
1. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields.

2. Re-enter your email address and password.

3. Upon signing in, you will be brought to the "My Assignments" screen. Your current assignments will be shown on the home screen, along with upcoming and previous visits.


4. You can switch to other projects by clicking the down arrow in the Project dropdown.

5. Scrolling down on the project mobile view, you will see other current visits as well as your check-in for your project(s).

6. Depending upon your project and data submission status, you will see different options, such as in the screen shot below. You will be able to create your template (usually just mall health vendors will see this option), add the visit to your calendar, start submissions, and complete edits.


7. When you're ready to check in, tap on "Check-In" as seen above in step 5. Review the information on the next screen and click on "Check-In Now." You may see some of the examples below after attempting to check in. If you experience check-in issues, please see Check-In Is Not Working.




8. At the top of the mobile site, you'll see a hamburger menu to the left of "My Assignments". By tapping on it, you'll see various options, such as those seen in the second screenshot below.


9. By clicking on "Calendar", you will see your calendar for the month, the days you have scheduled visits, and the option to sync all events on this screen. For steps to sync your calendar, please see Syncing Your Visit Calendar.
