Survey Submission Issues

If you experience issues with submitting your survey, please complete the steps below (first, follow the steps to clear browsing history: Clear Browsing History

• Click "Restart Survey"
• Click "Delete & Start Again" (the survey couldn't start, so there's no data that should be lost - just make sure you have data saved elsewhere in case)
• Complete and submit the survey.
