Store Environment

Finally, we will ask you to record some notes on the overall store environment at both store types.

You will record:

• Was the store under construction?
• Did you encounter any issues with store employees or other customers?
• Any other comments or observations to add?

*Note* this is a great place to tell us if something changed between visits!
