Submitted the Wrong Survey
What to do if you submitted survey data for the wrong store.
(For example, you mistakenly clicked on the Coach Wholesale survey, but filled it out with Coach Retail data.)
Because all of the surveys contain logic specifically based on store type, data inadvertently submitted to the wrong survey cannot be copied between two submissions.
If this situation were to occur, you would need to re-submit the data using the correct VMS survey link.
Steps:
1. From the VMS dashboard, click Previous Assignments.
2. Click 'Data Submitted' next to the incorrect survey.
3. Select 'Delete and Start Again'.
4. Submit the correct data.
