Product Bundle
With product bundles, customers are offered a lower price for buying the entire bundle or combination of products at one time. Product bundles can appear at new price or a % discount.
Product bundles are usually located on signage on the floor close to the promotional display. Be sure to read carefully the details of the promotion. We highly suggest snapping a photo of the signage to refer back to later if needed!
Metrics to collect:
- Brand
- Inventory category
- Original price of the bundle
- New price or % discount for the bundle
- Style count(s) for merchandise on promotion
- Items included in the bundle
- How the promotion was communicated
For this example, you would record two Mossimo or Merona tees or tanks (these should be separate bundles in your survey since they are distinct brands). The full bundle price is $20 ($10 x 2), and the newly discounted price of the bundle is $16.

Filling out product bundles on the survey may look like the following. There is a two-step process when filling out product bundle data.
1. In the first question we need to calculate and input the Full bundle price (original price) and then input the new price or % discount.

2. The second question will ask you to fill out details on the brand/category included in the promotion and how many styles were seen.
