What If I Can't Get a Receipt?
There are very few instances where you should not be able to get a physical receipt. But on occasion, you may have one of the following situations occur:
- Location closed early because of staffing, mechanical, or weather related issues.
- Location has moved to online orders only because of staffing, mechanical, or weather related issues.
- Location cannot print a receipt because of a register issue
In any of these situations, please send a support ticket immediately and notify a member of the research team. This is the primary data the client is interested in, so we need to do everything possible to obtain a receipt.
In these instances, you will be asked by the research team to make another visit the following day (which you will be paid for). Again, it's important you flag this up to the research team quickly and not simply make a note in your survey.
