Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Key Performance Indicators, or KPIs, are a measurement of the quality and workability of your performance as an In-Field Researcher. The scale goes from 4 as the highest (green) to 1 as the lowest (red).

Here's a handy explanation of what each metric means:
- Typos: Your data is entered correctly, without typed errors/mistakes.
- Missing Cells: All cells are completed; no data is missing.
- Math Errors: Your data (all measurements) is correct per project expectations and reflects the project's Learning Module knowledge.
- Late Data: Your data is submitted on time.
- Reliability: We can count on you that the visit will always get done.
- Responsiveness: You respond quickly to emails and text messages from the H&Co team.
